Black Mist Honed

Black Mist Honed is a striking natural granite quarried from a bedrock quarry in Brazil. This material showcases a sophisticated blend of rich black tones complemented by fine white quartz veining and areas of soft gray, creating the look and feel of a high-end soapstone—but with enhanced durability and lower maintenance.

Because this is a honed black granite, its raw slabs naturally appear deep gray. After finishing, a color enhancer is often applied to achieve the bold, dark-black appearance commonly associated with the stone. Like many honed and matte-finish black granites, Black Mist Honed may require re-sealing every 6 months for interior applications and more frequently for exterior installations.

This material is also book-matched, meaning slab A and slab B mirror each other and are kept in sequence, allowing a consistent and continuous flow of pattern—ideal for large kitchens, feature walls, and waterfall edges.

As a natural stone product, slight variation in color and veining is expected. Sealing is recommended to protect the stone and prolong its beauty and performance.
